Terms and Conditions – Hotel TPR, Bhaderwah
Welcome to Hotel TPR. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. General Policy
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.
Check-in time: 12:00 PM, Check-out time: 12:00 AM (Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability and may incur extra charges).
2. Reservation Policy
Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A valid contact number and email address must be provided at the time of booking.
3. Payment Terms
To confirm an online booking, guests must pay at least 100% of the total amount as advance.
The balance amount is payable at the time of check-in or before check-out, as per arrangement.
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash at the hotel.
All rates are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date: 50% refund of advance.
Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% refund of advance.
Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows: No refund.
In case of unforeseen events (natural calamities, strikes, etc.), management may allow rebooking for future dates without penalty.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5 days to the original payment method.
5. Modification Policy
Modifications to reservation dates are subject to availability.
Rate differences may apply based on the new dates selected.
To modify your booking, please contact us directly at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
6. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
Hotel TPR reserves the right to charge for any loss or damage.
Misconduct, illegal activities, or disruption to other guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Hotel TPR is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
We recommend using the in-room safe and taking adequate care of your valuables.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during booking is used solely for reservation, communication, and improving guest experience. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, India.
